For Texas school districts
A free ELPS resource for your district
Enabling Learning is a TEA-approved CPE provider. Every tool below is free for the teachers in your district. There is nothing to sign, nothing to procure, and no upgrade path. The goal is to support Texas educators of emergent bilingual students.
What your teachers get
- 2026 ELPS reference grid — Proficiency Level Descriptors for every level, K-3 and 4-12, by language domain and content area.
- AI lesson plan generator — Differentiated lesson plans pre-aligned with the 2026 ELPS and TEKS, with sentence stems and scaffolds built in.
- 12-module training course — A complete ELPS foundations course teachers can complete in about 80 minutes.
- Capstone + 1 CPE hour — Pass the capstone and receive a verified digital credential from a TEA-approved provider. No extra paperwork.

Why free?
Enabling Learning is a Texas-based CPE provider and EdTech consultancy run by Luis Hernandez, a bilingual educator with a decade of classroom and instructional design experience. The ELPS Online Helper exists because the standards belong to the educators who teach to them, not to a flipbook vendor.
We earn district trust by giving the reference, the course, and the credential away. Paid offerings are reserved for districts that want deeper services, custom training, or our other AI-augmented courses for educators.
